What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product.

• ✓Machining defects (cracks, improper dimensions, structural failures)
• ✓Material defects (porosity in aluminum, material failure)
• ✓Finish defects (premature finish failure, anodizing defects)
• ✓Assembly defects (if applicable to future products)

What's NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, and misuse are not covered. This is a warranty against defects, not a damage protection plan.

• ✗Normal wear (scratches from daily use, patina development)
• ✗Accidental damage (drops, crushing, running over with car)
• ✗Intentional damage or modification
• ✗Lost or stolen items
• ✗Cosmetic issues that don't affect function (minor scratches, fingerprints on polished finish)

How to File a Warranty Claim

   Send photos clearly showing the defect or issue

   We'll review your claim (usually within 24 hours)

   If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label

   Receive your replacement via Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping)

Warranty Details

• •Lifetime means the expected lifetime of the product (decades), not your lifetime
• •Transferable: Warranty transfers to new owners if product is sold/gifted
• •No receipt required: We stand behind every unit we make, receipt or not
• •Shipping: We cover all shipping costs for warranty replacements
• •Replacement unit: Same finish as original (or upgrade if no longer available)

Damage Not Covered by Warranty?

Even if your damage isn't covered by warranty, we can often help:

• •Refinishing service: Send it back and we'll refinish it (fees apply)
• •Discounted replacement: We'll offer a discount on a new unit
• •Repair assessment: Contact us—we'll evaluate if repair is possible
