The story behind Vault Carry and our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and American manufacturing.

Vault Carry was born from frustration. As a daily Zyn user and EDC enthusiast, I was tired of flimsy plastic containers that cracked in my pocket, cheap metal tins that dented and rusted, and "solutions" that felt like afterthoughts.
I knew there had to be a better way. Not just better—the right way. A way that respected the craftsmanship of EDC culture while solving a real problem.
With a background in machining and a passion for well-made tools, I designed what I wished existed: a precision-engineered, CNC-machined aluminum container that would protect my pouches and last a lifetime.
The first prototype was machined on a weekend. The finish was rough, the tolerances weren't quite right, but the concept was solid. After months of refinement, testing, and iteration, Vault Carry was born.
Every unit is CNC-machined with precision and care. We don't cut corners, rush production, or compromise on quality. If it's not perfect, it doesn't ship.
We design, machine, finish, and assemble everything in the United States. Supporting domestic manufacturing isn't just good business—it's the right thing to do.
We're building products that outlive trends. Vault Carry containers are engineered for a lifetime of use, backed by a lifetime warranty.
It's a fair question. Why dedicate precision CNC machining to nicotine pouch containers?
Because the EDC community has taught us something important: the everyday items you carry say something about who you are. Your knife, your wallet, your pen—these aren't just tools. They're expressions of your values.
If you're going to carry Zyn pouches every day, why settle for a plastic container that cracks or a cheap tin that rusts? Why not carry something that's built as well as the rest of your EDC?
Vault Carry isn't about nicotine pouches. It's about respect—for quality tools, for skilled craftsmanship, and for the things you choose to carry.
Built for professionals, adventurers, and everyday carry enthusiasts.

We're not a mass manufacturer. We don't have assembly lines or overseas factories. We're a small operation focused on doing one thing exceptionally well.
Each production run is limited. Each unit is inspected by hand. Each customer is treated like the first customer.
This means you might have to wait for your order. It means we can't always offer next-day shipping. But it also means when you receive your Vault Carry, you're getting something that was made with intention and care.
