Every Vault Carry begins with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. This isn't your average aluminum—it's the same alloy used in aircraft structures, chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
We source our aluminum from certified American suppliers, ensuring material traceability and consistent quality. Each billet is inspected before machining begins.

Using state-of-the-art CNC (Computer Numerical Control) mills, we transform solid aluminum blocks into perfectly contoured containers. Every cut is programmed to tolerances of ±0.001 inches—about the width of a human hair.
The machining process takes approximately 45 minutes per unit, with multiple tool changes and operations. We use flood coolant to maintain precise temperatures and ensure the smoothest possible finish.
After machining, each unit receives its final surface treatment. Whether brushed, anodized, or polished, this step transforms the raw machined surface into a beautiful, durable finish.
Brushed finish units are hand-finished with 600-grit abrasive, creating the signature directional grain pattern.
Anodized black units undergo Type III hard anodizing, a chemical process that creates an incredibly hard, corrosion-resistant surface layer.
Polished units are hand-polished through multiple stages, ending with a mirror-like chrome appearance.

Every single Vault Carry is individually inspected before shipping. We check dimensions, surface finish quality, fit with actual Zyn containers, and overall craftsmanship.
Units that don't meet our standards are set aside for rework or recycling. We maintain a rejection rate of less than 2%, but we never compromise on quality.
Make it yours. We offer precision laser engraving to personalize your Vault Carry with logos, state outlines, names, or custom artwork.
